Terms of Service

Payment & Registration

• Tuition must be paid in full at the time of registration
• Seats are confirmed only after successful payment processing through Stripe
• All pricing is in USD unless stated otherwise

Refunds & Changes

• All sales are final; tuition payments are non-refundable
• Course transfers to another person or future credit are available with 7+ days notice
• Course switches are available with 7+ days notice, subject to availability

Course Access & Content

• Registered learners receive materials, live session links, and platform access
• Sharing materials, recordings, or login credentials is not permitted
• All content remains School intellectual property

Community Standards

The School maintains community standards emphasizing respect and openness, recognizing the diversity of cultures, lived experiences, and ways of knowing. Discrimination, harassment, or harmful behavior can result in removal without refund.

Recordings & Privacy

• Live sessions may be recorded for registered students only
• Personal data is used solely for course participation and is not sold to third parties
• Students may disable their camera, rename their screen, or submit questions via chat

Liability Limitation

Courses are educational only and do not substitute for professional advice. The School assumes no liability for participant decisions or technology disruptions.
