Automatically captured data includes device type, IP address, and site usage logs that don't personally identify users on their own.

Information supports course enrollment, payment processing, platform improvements, and participant communication. We do not sell personal data or use information for advertising without consent.

Third-Party Platforms

The School uses Mighty Networks and Zoom for learning spaces. Users control what they share in community areas and can disable cameras or use pseudonyms during recorded sessions. Only enrolled students access recordings.

Payment Security

All transactions are securely processed through Stripe. We do not store or have access to your credit card or banking information.

Data Sharing

Information is shared only when necessary for service operations, legally required, or with explicit written consent. We don't sell or profit from data sharing.

Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Specifically, you may:

• Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
• Update or correct inaccurate personal information
• Request complete deletion of your account and all associated personal data
• Revoke any third-party login permissions (e.g. Facebook, Google) used to access our platform

To submit a data deletion request, email us at support@radicalimagination.school with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion via email. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data from our systems, including any data received from third-party logins. Some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate financial record-keeping (e.g. transaction history).

Children's Privacy

Our services target adults and those 18+. We won't knowingly collect data from children under 13.
