Faculty FAQ

Everything you need to know about teaching at the School of Radical Imagination.

Who can teach at the School of Radical Imagination?

We welcome educators from diverse backgrounds — academics, practitioners, artists, and activists. What matters most is your expertise in a topic relevant to building a more just world and your commitment to creating engaging, cohort-based learning experiences.

How does the course proposal process work?

Submit your course idea through our proposal form. Our team reviews proposals on a rolling basis, looking for courses that align with our mission of liberation-focused education. We'll reach out to discuss your idea and provide feedback.

What is the revenue split?

Faculty receive 70% of course revenue. We handle the platform, payment processing, and student support. You focus on creating and teaching transformative content.

How many students are in each cohort?

Cohorts are intimate by design — typically 10-25 learners. This ensures meaningful dialogue, real connection, and quality learning experiences.

How long should a course be?

Most courses run 4-8 weeks with weekly live sessions of 60-90 minutes. However, you have flexibility to design what works best for your content — some topics need more depth, others can be covered more quickly.
