Payment Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: December 2025
Applies to all 2026 enrollments at the School of Radical Imagination
1. Tuition & Payment
Tuition must be paid in full at the time of registration.
Your seat is confirmed only after your payment has been successfully processed through our secure checkout system (Stripe).
Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
2. Annual Pass (2026)
The 2026 Annual Pass grants access to any 4 courses offered during the 2026 calendar year for a total of $2,000 USD.
All enrollments using the Annual Pass must be completed within 2026. Unused courses cannot be carried over into 2027 or beyond.
The Annual Pass is non-transferable, meaning all four courses must be taken by the same learner.
Courses may be chosen at any time in 2026, pending seat availability.
We strongly encourage early enrollment due to limited course capacities.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
General Policy
All sales are final.
Tuition payments are non-refundable.
Single-Course Registrations
If you are unable to attend a course, you may:
Transfer your enrollment to another person, OR
Receive credit toward a future course,
Only if: you contact us at least 7 days before the course begins.
Annual Pass
The Annual Pass is non-refundable and non-transferable.
You may request to switch into another 2026 course if:
You notify us at least 7 days before the originally scheduled course begins, and
There is available space in the course you are switching into.
4. Course Access
Registered learners receive access to:
Course materials
Live session links
The School’s learning platform
All materials and links are intended only for registered participants.
Sharing materials, recordings, or login credentials is not permitted.
5. Scholarships & Discounts
Scholarships and discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added retroactively.
Discounts and scholarships cannot be combined, unless explicitly stated.
Scholarships cannot be used toward the Annual Pass, unless the School specifies otherwise in writing.
6. Payment Processing
We use Stripe to process all financial transactions securely.
The School of Radical Imagination does not store or have access to your full payment details or financial information.

8. Intellectual Property
All course content, including slides, lectures, videos, worksheets, community posts, recordings, and discussion materials, is the intellectual property of the School of Radical Imagination and/or the course faculty members.
Registered learners are granted personal, non-transferable access to materials for their own learning.
Learners may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, repurpose, or publicly share course materials without explicit written permission from the School or the instructor.
If you wish to share concepts learned in class within your own work or community, you may reference or apply them with proper acknowledgment, without reproducing proprietary material.
9. Community Conduct & Learning Environment
The School of Radical Imagination is committed to cultivating a space rooted in curiosity, dignity, imagination, and liberation. To protect this environment:
All participants must engage with respect and openness, recognizing the diversity of cultures, lived experiences, and ways of knowing within our community.
Discrimination, harassment, hate speech, threats, or harmful behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.
The School reserves the right to remove a participant from a course or community space (with no refund) if their behavior undermines the safety or integrity of the learning environment.
We learn for liberation — and that requires creating a space where everyone can access belonging, creativity, and collective possibility.
10. Privacy & Data Use
Any personal information you provide (such as name, email address, profile information, or accessibility needs) will only be used to support your participation in the School’s courses and community.
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for profit.
By participating in live sessions, you consent to the possibility of being recorded. Recordings are used solely for educational access for registered students and are not publicly published without consent.
If you prefer not to be recorded during a live session, you may:
keep your camera off
rename your screen
request to share questions via chat or moderator
11. Liability Disclaimer
Courses at the School of Radical Imagination are offered for educational purposes and community learning; they are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice.
By enrolling, you agree that the School and its faculty are not liable for any decisions, outcomes, or actions you take based on course content.
The School is not responsible for technology failures, internet outages, user error, or platform disruptions that may impact access to live sessions, though we do our best to provide recordings when possible.
12. Amendments to Terms
The School of Radical Imagination may update these terms as needed to support our evolving community and course offerings. Any updates will be posted on our website, with effective dates listed. Continued enrollment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
